I don’t really have any serious problems or complaints to report regarding Pronto. There is an abundance of training available and help for the asking. Customer support has been there to answer questions without any hassle.

The module system is a real plus because you have the opportunity to add only what you need when you need it so you aren’t overwhelmed with information overload.

In Conclusion

Pronto is an excellent system for small to mid-sized businesses who want to add as they go. Rather than getting the whole system dumped on you and the information and training to go along with it, you have the ability to only add the modules you need when you need them.

This makes for a much simpler and organized system to deal without having to deal with a lot of options you will never use or won’t use until your business grows into them.
