Cloud portability takes this customer choice a step further by permitting customers to change their cloud networks based on changing business conditions, and gives customers the option to not just choose the best application software but also the best cloud delivery for their business requirements based on factors such as uptime history/assurance, information security, data center proximity, Service Level Agreement (SLA) or cloud provider credentials.

Customer Service

I have never had a problem with receiving help from Oracle’s Customer Service. Now, this isn’t to say that you may get the occasional “bad apple” but we can’t let that spoil the whole bunch.

Whenever I’ve had a question or a problem, I have always been able to reach someone who was very helpful and quickly guided me back on the straight and narrow.

Problems and Complaints

Oracle Fusion Applications offers very comprehensive solutions to your business management needs. However, just like any other application it isn’t perfect, and with the need to keep this review balanced here is one of the main complaints I’ve had with the system, although I didn’t really have any major problems with Fusion.

Oracle Fusion’s partner marketplace for software is pretty limited. This limits your ability to augment the system with additional tools provided by third parties such as Google Docs or more advanced marketing automation features.
