They provide a good quality service, with solid SLA (guaranteeing 99.5% availability) and split across their data centres in the US and Hong Kong. Their security measures are good, meeting SAS 70 / SSAE 16, PCI-DSS, and ISO9001. We believe that on-demand services are the future of ERP, and QAD is a solid choice that I recommend you consider.

Second, be aware that QAD’s strength is in the a few specific industries. They target manufacturing for automotive, life sciences, configured products, discrete products, consumer products, food and beverage. If your business is in these industries, I recommend you put QAD on your shortlist.
