Nimble is all business. It is a seamless tool for professional Social Media marketers, Human Resource departments and Lead Generators. Nimble enables them to keep up to date with the continuously changing situations with their clients.

Nimble consolidates log-ins, passwords and media streams for several popular Social Media streams into one dashboard. The CRM allows you to seamlessly stay on top of the most up-to-date information on all of your clients, whether it’s on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ or several others.

Some of Nimble’s key features include:

  • Contact Management: All of your contacts from Facebook, Twitter, email, Outlook and more are all in one place.
  • Consolidated Inbox: Send and receive emails, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn messages, all from one inbox.
  • Activity Management: The ability to add tasks and events, sync to calendars and attach relevant contacts.
  • Social Media: Join in on your client’s community circles and participate in relevant social media feeds.

Ease of use

Nimble definitely gets the job done. It may not be the most attractive, or the most user friendly CRM and it may not be packed with endless features. However, if you need a Social Media Consolidator that does what you need it to do, it may just be your best option.

Even though Nimble was quick to respond to our request for help, the assistance given seemed minimal at best. This led me to believe the customer support agent was just as confused as I was. However, just like every problem is different, so is every person you will receive assistance from.

The main complaint with Nimble is that the business segment that can make the most of this CRM is a little narrow. Nimble lacks several of the features that are standard on other CRM solutions including Sales Pipeline, Reporting, Client Lifecycle Tracking and some others.

However, many businesses are filling these needs with other options anyway, so including them in this CRM would be unnecessary. If all you need is an easier way to integrate your social media streams, then Nimble is the right tool for the job.

In Conclusion

While there may be several things that Nimble doesn’t do, it does what it was designed to do exceptionally well. It doesn’t claim to be everything for everyone, but it is an excellent tool for a specific job. Nimble’s cost also reflects this belief. Their only paid membership runs about $15 a month, while other, more complex systems, can cost hundreds of dollars for their premium packages.
