With this architecture, there can be a risk of system downtime in case of disaster at the primary site.

Third, I like the mobile support. CATS use modern web technologies so their application works happily on a wide variety of mobile devices - your iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone or others.
