The start of the HR process is Applicant Tracking and Recruiting. ClearCompany attempts to simplify and automate much of this process. The business can easily promote vacancies across social networks, search engines, and job boards. The system can assist with targeting and pre-screening candidates. If your business uses a team of recruiters, they can easily communicate with the program, and each recruiter has easy access to any relevant document as and when they need it. There is full compliance with any OFCCP / AAP requirements.
Once a new employee has been selected it will be time to undertake the Onboarding process. ClearCompany makes this an entirely paperless procedure. The new employee can fill in all the necessary information on-line, and with ClearCompany being cloud-based the employee can do this using any internet-connected device, within the comfort of their home. These smart forms can even use legal electronic signatures. Any information already in the system, for instance, the contents of the new employee’s resume, will automatically be filled in on the relevant forms. With ClearCompany’s seamless integration with most HRIS packages, this data will also propagate throughout the firm’s entire HRIS system.
The firm can use the Goal Alignment module to ensure that it is utilizing its talent to the best of their ability. Managers can easily enter business goals into the system, and these goals are broken down into projects then tasks, with responsibilities allocated for each task. Progress can be monitored and compared to the goals in real-time. This module can work with the Applicant Tracking and Review module to ensure that your recruiting is congruent with your goals.
The Performance Management module ensures that annual reviews and 360s can be readily undertaken. Employees can regularly track their progress towards their goals, updating them as they meet the goals. Reviews can easily be set up, customized and implemented. There is a social collaboration package to keep employees feeling connected.
There is a critical point of difference in relation to support. ClearCompany assigns a dedicated Boston or San Fransisco based Relationship Manager to each client who leads their implementation and remains their primary contact. Support, which can be via phone, instant live chat or email, is free. There are quarterly reviews between the client and their Relationship Manager.
