Sage HRMS is also amazingly simple to use, making it very user friendly. You can pretty much jump right in and start using it with very little or now training. However, I do suggest that you at least skim through the training material because there are a lot of tasks that can be done much easier with some tips.
Sage set a strategic goal to improve the customer experience. In doing so, the company increased typical customer outreach programs including surveys and feedback mechanisms, and also introduced something out of the ordinary called the Sage Advisor program.
Sage Advisor is an application monitoring service that detects what users are and are not using within their Sage software so that the system can make in-product recommendations and respond or optimize the application software in accordance to how its being used in the real world.
In keeping with their goal for improved customer support, Sage also offers a wide range of additional tools to educate and inform users on the system including articles, phone and email contact.

Some of the only complaints I had with Sage HRMS is its speed, there is a very slow upload speed, and uploading multiple documents at one time is pretty much not an option.
When uploading several documents, one right after the next, Sage had a tendency to crash. And not just crash but slow you down for a good amount of time.
Another problem, which also has to do with speed, is when multiple users are on at the same time, delays were experienced and documents were lost after uploading failures occurred.
A suggestion in regards to security would be that individuals with access should be allowed to upload documents freely. However, reviewing and downloading personal info should only be allowed by upper management.
Sage HRMS is very straightforward and easy to use making it very user friendly even for someone with very little, to no training on the system. It takes minimal effort to distinguish between the different areas in Sage HRMS, including the reporting portion of the software.
The nice thing about Sage HRMS is how user friendly it is. Training isn’t really required due to the ease of use, but it is recommended. There were a couple of times where I ended up completing a process, making it a lot more difficult than it needed to be.
After going over the training tips offered by the developer I found much easier ways to do the same tasks, this is why I recommend taking the time to go through all of the material supplied by the company, just to familiarize yourself with the system when starting out.
