It is a full Human Capital Management solution, with very strong global payroll support, and the expected features for Recruitment, Candidate Management/Selection, Contract Management, Onboarding, Time Management, Benefits, Learning, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, KPIs and Reporting, Organisational Development, and Workforce Planning.

Before you choose euHReka, here are the key things you need to know.

First, strong standards-based security. Northgate Arinso euHReka has ISO27001 certification - the international standard for information security. I’m really pleased with the level of security that this offers, as well as a host of related security and management controls that Northgate Arinso have in place.

Second, euHReka offers great global functionality. They provide payroll and regulatory compliance for over 100 countries, which is a significant achievement that isn’t matched by many other vendors. Their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for global payroll is part of this offering.

Third, make sure you take a close look at what euHReka provides over and above SAP ERP HCM. The additional functionality may not be the reason to choose euHReka.
